Depends on the genre of music one is interested in. For Classical compositions, see the weblink 'IMSLP' at the lower left. http://www.learntopianoonline.com/piano-sheet-music/ It is totally free piano sheet music.
you can probably find a music sheet on the internet. Barely any websites have the music sheet but i found a website that you can print out when ever but you have to install. Another option is that why don't you go to a music store and ask them to copy the music sheets for you.
If its Classical music then its between 1750 and 1820
You can buy it on the official website, takeapittanceoftime.org/

http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/6923/littledorrit.jpg This is the link to the music sheet that someone transcribed. It's for free and is the only sheet music that you can find at the moment for the Little Dorrit theme song. The composer of the music from Little Dorrit is John Lunn and i don't know if he will ever publish the sheet music for Little Dorrit, so this is probably the closest that we can get for the time being. :)
