The B major chord. Technically that one has B-natural and D-sharp, while

a C-flat major-third is C-flat and E-flat. And the C-flat major key signature has all seven notes flatted.

If you know where A is then A flat is one fret down the neck.

If you don't where A is the A is played on the E string ( fattest string) on the 5th fret usually the 5th fret has a dot.

The A flat is back one fret ie the 4th fret E string ( fattest string)

Well, questions like this are a little difficult to answer because there are so many different chord variations.

Even the three notes you listed can make up a number of chords. As you listed them, although not an officially recognized chord, technically C, A, and B-flat constitute a Cadd6/7, but could also be a in a number of other chords.
