That is a question that should be rephrased as "who is more dangerous... a rottweiler owner or a doberman owner?" Louis Doberman (the original breed creator) used Rottweilers to add both strength and calmness to the doberman pincher. Doberman pinchers are extremely loyal to their owners/families and because of that they are known to be very protective. They are very affectionate and extremely intelligent dogs who can be trained to do just about anything.
I don't know a lot about Rottweilers, but I think the question rests within the owner of the dog. If the owner has a strong-willed, extremely active, and very powerful dog and they are prepared to support the needs of the animal in positive ways, then there shouldn't be any danger involved.
