I would put them about the same. Clapton, though is the far better musician and is can out play Dylan. I saw Dylan in concert and it was the worse concert I have ever been to. Some of the songs he didn't seem to know. I would love to go to a Clapton concert.

Yes, he is.... i think is reggae songs(mostly of them cover songs of Bob Marley). For example, I shoot the sherrif is a 100% reggae song... and Eric Clapton and his instruments do a well job with their version of this song, personally i think his musicians are responsable for the excellent songs.
