Soul P - Whoa Whoa!
Our Truth by Lacuna Coil?
OMG by Usher
There are many different Christian singers that sing the lyrics Whoa Whoa, such as Jamie Grace in her song Hold Me.
I believe you may be referring to Howard Johnson's 80's hit, "Things can only get better." Just before the chorus, he and the background singers alternate Whoa's. It's a great song and worth checking out on Napster or or can be found on YouTube.
Whoa! A talking telephone! *Beep beep* "Sorry I don't understand, 'Whoa! A talking telephone'".
yeah then they explode WHOA whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa ({who farted?})
