Secondhand Serenade started with just John Vesely and he recorded the album "Awake". Now with a full band he recorded "A twist in my Story". They are his brother; Lucas Vesely on the keys, John Hatvey on the bass guitar, Tom Breyfogle on drums and Alex Sier on the lead guitar. And of course John Vesely himself with guitar and vocals.
The only member of Secondhand Serenade is John Vesely. It is more of a solo project than a full out band.

John Vesely used the name Secondhand Serenade because the songs he performs are actually serenades to his wife and the world is hearing them all secondhand.
