No one because it has never been put up for sale after Elvis purchased it in the mid 1950's.

When Elvis died (August 16, 1977) Elvis left his estate, which included Graceland, to his father Vernon (note: Since he had been legally divorced from Priscilla since 10/9/1973). Sadly, Vernon died with a few years of Elvis' passing leaving Elvis' only female child (IE. Lisa Marie), who was a minor, unable to manage the trust. Thus, the courts granted guardianship to Lisa Marie's' Mother (Elvis' ex-wife Priscilla). The truth be told Priscilla, and now Lisa Marie, have done a very good job of managing the estate.

Graceland is owned 100% by Lisa Marie Presley which was Elvis' "home" for approximately 20 years.
