No one because it has never been put up for sale after Elvis purchased it in the mid 1950's.
When Elvis died (August 16, 1977) Elvis left his estate, which included Graceland, to his father Vernon (note: Since he had been legally divorced from Priscilla since 10/9/1973). Sadly, Vernon died with a few years of Elvis' passing leaving Elvis' only female child (IE. Lisa Marie), who was a minor, unable to manage the trust. Thus, the courts granted guardianship to Lisa Marie's' Mother (Elvis' ex-wife Priscilla). The truth be told Priscilla, and now Lisa Marie, have done a very good job of managing the estate.
Graceland is owned 100% by Lisa Marie Presley which was Elvis' "home" for approximately 20 years.
The original owners of Graceland were Dr Thomas D Moore. The land was originally owned by the Toof Family.

Michael Jackson Michael-750 Million Sold Elvis-1.3 Billion sold Beatles-1.6 Billion sold
GREAT QUESTION by the way. Due to the fact that Colonel Parker had previously sold Elvis entire back catalog of music to RCA a few years prior, and Colonel Parker was taking 9 dollars to every 1 he gave Elvis on the marketing pictures/souvenirs/etc., and the outstanding loans on Graceland Elvis Estate was worth (on August 16, 1977) approximately $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand dollars).
Lisa Marie jet and Hound Dog II JetStar, which are back in the hands of Graceland and on display - at one point Vernon sold one or both of the planes, but they were retrieved, and neither are operable.
No Graceland is not sold, it is more a shrine to its loyal fans of Elvis who come in large numbers daily.
