I don't know what you mean by "it", because there is so much to choose from. The Glenn Miller band had more Top Ten hits than any artist or band before or since, including today's groups.

Miller himself was a renowned arranger and did many of the civilian band's early charts, including In the Mood. However, most of the band's later arrangements were written by Jerry Gray, Bill Finegan, and Billy May.

Arrangements for the AAF band were written primarily by Jerry Gray, Norman Leyden, Perry Burgett, and Harry Katzman.

The orchestra is currently led by vocalist Nick Hilscher. His predecessor was trombonist Gary Tole. The longest-serving conductor, Larry O'Brien, began his career with Ray McKinley and thus had only one "degree of separation" from Glenn Miller himself.

Previous conductors were Tex Beneke (immediately post-war), Ray McKinley, Buddy DeFranco, Dick Gearhart, Buddy Morrow, and Michael "Peanuts" Hucko.

Many big band names played in the Hotel Pennsylvania's Cafe Rouge Ballroom, including the Glenn Miller Orchestra;[4] the phone number became the inspiration for the Glenn Miller 1940 Top 5 Billboard hit of the same name, written by Jerry Gray and Carl Sigman, and released as RCA Bluebird 78 B-10754-A backed with "Rug Cutter's Swing". In turn, the tune was tributed by synthpop duo Erasure on their little-known song 'Sixty-Five Thousand' from The Innocents. It also inspired the pun titleTransylvania 6-5000, used separately by a Bugs Bunny cartoon and a full-length live-action film. The number was requested in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's, and was also referenced in a mix of the Milli Vanilli song "Baby Don't Forget My Number".
