Who discovered Evanescence?

Some of their song's were played on Little Rock's (Arkansas) local radio station, raising local awareness. They had more demands for concerts. They soon signed up to Wind Up Records, which was their first major record label.

i think it was Amy lee the lead singer of evanescence who got all of the members together and made a band up so Amy lee made up the band i hope that answered your question xx :)
