Not only no but he'll no! I think its considered attempted murder.
YOU the driver will be responsible to pay the ticket.
The person who owns the car will get the ticket, but I would think - if that person knew you were the one driving the car - that he or she would give you the ticket. Or, maybe, if that person is nice, he or she will just pay the ticket and hate you for a little while.
The police car itself will never give you a speeding ticket. The officer inside the car, however, can, whether or not their vehicle is in motion. They are just as capable of taking speed measurements while movement as they are while stationary.
If you are in the car with the keys in the car then yes.
Yes, you can get a ticket for having an open container of alcohol in you car while driving the state of California. You can get a ticket because it is illegal to have unsealed alcohol in your car.
In North Carolina, receiving a ticket for having an open container in a car is considered a misdemeanor offense, which could result in a fine but not jail time. However, if there are additional charges or if the offense is connected to other criminal activity, the consequences could be more severe.

Wow Dude. Just like a simple speeding ticket, a simple dui, and simple open container ticket, or just about any other ticket or accident. It also will most likely get your insurance cancelled with most preferred insurance companies in the country. Sorry.
ABSOLUTLEY. anyone accept the driver can be drunk, but NOBODY can be drinking or have an open container

It depends. Was there a licensed person in the car? If there was licensed person in the car with you, which would've made it legal for you to drive, then you will be cited for the open container and the DMV may impose an additional sanction, however, I don't think that you will lose your permit.
I was told when I was pulled over it was 183.50 for each container that was in astatula/tavares Florida about 6 months ago
No, its just like having and open bottle of alcohol in your car it's the same punishment (I know from experience)
Mississippi has no state open container law. In 2007 and 2008, Senate Bills were introduced to enact such a law, but both died in committee. In 2009, a House Bill was introduced to enact an open container law, but it too, died in committee.
