Although a testament by him has yet to be published (probably he didn't even have one) some of it went to Suge

Knight (mostly track royalties), some to his mother (posthumous albums and such) and some to various projects (like the Tupac

Amaru Shakur

Foundation). Long legal battles were held between these two individuals to see who could have the most out of his money, as well as the royalties to hundreds of unreleased songs, some of which will never see the light of the day.
