since im lebaneese! i can say it is Mr toufic Succar! he's a great composer .. really but i can say Bach Mozart beethoven vivaldi.. they are all good! i love classic music.. and im going to do Musicology at university! so when ill learn more about it ill tell u who's the best:d Bach and Vivaldi are Baroque composers. I would say Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven are the 3 most famous of the Classical Period. Beethoven is indeed a bridge into the Romantic Era.
This is a pretty broad question. It really depends on what era of music we are talking about but overall I'd say using different instrumentation creates a great variety of sounds for composers and using a wide variety of tempos and pitches keeps it interesting.
