G-dragon never mentions a name of the girl he likes but i thing is for sure, he has someone special. According to all i have read in the net, he composed mostly of the Big bang songs which includes love songs and yes, he find inspiration from his love/ romance/ relationships. He even stated that Taeyang should find a girlfriend because a true artist must relate to his songs. Just recently before Big bang's comeback, Seungri stated that GD composed a beautiful song for the girl he likes and gave it to her as a gift... and that girl must be her crush.
Just a hint: Big bang's comeback was February 2011, so any happenings or special event that took place before BB's comeback will be the clue i guess. If that girl was special, he must be protecting her from all the intrigues and issues.
