No but he had something to do with it Tupac was owed 20 mil by Shoog so he was going to leave death row so he had police that were illegaly working for him kill him. He told PAC that a member of the Compton crips stole a death row medallian. Tupac went and punched him in the face. The police that killed him made it look like a retaliation from the compton crips.
