Who is tom Jones bass player?

Tom Jones' long-time bass player is Dan McCafferty, who has played with him for many years and contributed to his live performances and recordings. However, the specific musicians in his band can vary over time, so it's essential to check for the most current lineup if you're looking for up-to-date information.

Who is better lead guitarist or rhythm guitarist?

As in all artistic matters it's a matter of taste (the Doors, for example, had no bass player), but in general I would say it's better to have a competant bass player and guitar player who plays lead, or, even better, an excellent guitar player who plays both rhythm and lead (recall Jimi Hendrix in front of his drummer and bass player - there were no other musicians or instruments when they played live). Recently I was jamming with some guys. We had a competant drummer and two ok guitarists, but unfortunately the bass player was very inexperienced and rather closed to learning his musical role (it seemed like he was threatened). This dreary experience ultimately produced vague, wandering music that sounded like it was "cut off at the knees," and it underscored for me the fundamental importance of having a good drummer and bass player who click with each other, so as to lay down the rhythmic foundation for the rest of the band. Who was the drummer for Aurra?

Kevin "Ignatz" Moore, known as 'Natz", was the drummer for Aurra. "Natz" played drums on all of the albums, and played all of the live shows. He also played drums on 'Falling in Love" by Surface, as well as sessions for the TV show N.Y. Undercover. A.C. Drummer was the Rhythm Guitar player for Aurra. Steve Washington played Bass guitar on "Are you single" as well as the Lead Guitar solo. Steve Washington also played the Lead Guitar solo on "Make up your mind" Both guitar solo's were "Hall of Famers" in my book. Raymond Jackson did the Bass Solo on "Make up your mind", and played bass on several Aurra tracks. He also played Bass Guitar on 'Juicy Fruit", and "Would you like to fool around' by Mtume. Phil Fields, who was Aurra's main keyboard player, also played on "Juicy Fruit", and "Would you like to fool around' by Mtume. Jimi Randolph, Kevin Grady, Gail Freeman, and Kevin Caldwell also played Keyboards on the Aurra albums,as well as the live shows.
