I'm not sure of the recent one(s), but back in the late '70's early '80's, it was THE most amazing blues bass player ever...Russel Jackson. Check him out on youtube. Do a search for BB King & Russel Jackson and you'll find a video with a killer bass solo. Jackson now lives in Vancouver, BC and has a new album out. Hope this is helpful!
