As a former manager of "The Oddball Cabaret," as it was known in May or June of 1988 (8532 Sepulveda Blvd. between Roscoe and Parthenia in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles), I can attest that only Rod and the patrons were actors. ALL of the girls in the video were our employees, including the dancers AND waitresses. The girl of Rod's affections is "Tara;" the first girl to dance was "Mikayla;" the second was "Suzie;" and finally "Tara." This club was, at the time, owned by Horace "Big Mac" McKenna and Mike Woods - both retired California Highway Patrol motorcycle cops. If you Google search "Horace 'Big Mac' McKenna" you will find that he was murdered in March of '89 at the gate to his hilltop mansion on Carbon Canyon Road between Yorba Linda and Chino in Orange county. Mike Woods and his bodyguard, David "English Dave" Amos conspired to commit murder via one John Sheridan. They got away with it for over a decade, and Woods even produced two movies that featured Amos - The Takeover and Flipping, but Sheridan became a born-again Christian and went to the Orange County D.A.'s office when his conscience got the better of him. Danced by the name of Tara. I used to manage The Oddball Cabaret (last I knew it was the "Valley Ball") @ 8532 Sepulveda Blvd. in Sepulveda/Van Nuys, CA. "Tara" was a dancer there, as were all the girls in the video, when it was recorded at that location in May, June, or July of 1988. Owner Michael Wood and his right hand man, David Amos, hired the killing of Wood's partner, Horace "Big Mac" McKenna in March of 1989. Trigger man John Sheridan turned himself in to the Orange County DA's office and wore a wire to incriminate Amos who, in turn, wore a wire to incriminate Woods. Google search Horace "Big Mac" McKenna for a "Behind the Scenes" look.
