This is a very debated area.

Firstly not all drummers around the world are rated as not all put themselves out there and arent as publically noted so harder to be rated and some drummers although in their songs it sounds it fast it might not be and opposite way. However it also concerns wether hands or feet as they are both hard skills to master.

However if its feet you are interested in this is a completely different category. There are single foot and double foot peddlers and cannot be put into the same category.
