1. i did lots of research and i learned that john mark karr killed 6 year old Jon Benet on Christmas night he Left a ransom note saying he wanted$180.00.00 and he would return her safely to the parents if they didn't call the cops but pasty Ramsay was so scared she called the cops and 6 year old Jon benet was killed on Christmas night. R.I.P. sweet little girl

Your asking for an opinion. Nothing else can be given as the crime is still unsolved after more than a decade.

There are two possibilities, a family member or outsider killed Jonbenet.

Outsider

If an outsider killed JonBenet it would have to be an intruder or a friend of the family. The motive become essential. It was not a kidnapping because the victim was never taken from the house; and there was no contact made for the delivery of money. It was not a sexual assault by an adult. There was no penetration. How incompetent could this pedophile be? A splinter from a paintbrush was found in JonBenet's vagina. Could this pedophile be so afraid of what he would find that he had to use the handle of a paint brush to explore her? No adult would need to use a paintbrush handle. Nothing has been found linking the crime to any outsider. This brings us to Burke.

Burke

Nine year old Burke may use a paintbrush handle to explore his sister as he does not know what he will find.

Choking games are known to have been played by the children that attend the elementary school that Burke and JonBenet also attend. A simple noose killed JonBenet not a garrote.

If Burke did kill JonBenet, his parents may have been motivated to cover-up the scene to protect Burke. Fibers from Patsy's sweater were found inside the knot tied around a wooden handle on one end of the cord attached to the noose.

If Burke killed JonBenet then this case will never be solved. Burke was below the age of culpability in Colorado. He can not be prosecuted. There is no reason to solve this death, it would only hurt Burke a child at the time.
