As noone has yet been charged in connection with Tupac's murder, this would have to be left to speculation. While some have claimed that Suge Knight is the perpetrator, this theory dissolves upon close inspection. From all the evidence I have gathered to date, the most likely answer to this question is Orlando Anderson, a.k.a. Bobby Lane, a crip who was beaten by Tupac and his entourage at the MGM Grand the night Tupac was shot, and who later would be killed in what was said to be retaliation for the legendary rapper's death.
