Well, they Are both about schools, although Gakuen Heaven is a boys only school for students who are either very intelligent or very talented in some other way (no super powers though, sorry), Gakuen Heaven also contains, well, to put it nicely, a lot more inuendos than Gakuen Alice, not to mention these are boys aged, well, I think 16+, as opposed to the 10 year olds within the Alice school.
