Do you mean "What a Wonderful World", sometimes referred to as "It's a Wonderful World"? That was Louis Armstrong-- at least, his recording is the best. He was brilliant on the trumpet and wasn't primarily known for his vocals, but his absolutely unique vocal sound was perfect for this song.
