a sacraficial ring, sent to him by a fan from the Mystic East PCH ANSWER: A RUBY RING
Well, if you ask me, I thought they were all equal. But if you noticed, in every single Beatles movie, Ringo is the star. Not just because his stage name is Ringo "Starr", but because he would've been considered the best. In "A Hard Day's Night" (1964) Ringo was the one who stranded away and the Beatles had to find him before the show started. In "Help!" (1965) Ringo was the one who had the ring, and had gotten kidnapped. In "Yellow Submarine" (1968) Ringo found the rest of the Beatles. And was a big part in discovering the land of the Submarines. So, there's your answer. The best actor was Ringo........but they were all good. and........Ringo starred in a movie long after the Beatles split. "Caveman" (1981)
Because The Beatles fired Pete Best and hired Ringo Starr 1. Ringo was a better drummer. 2. He was willing to adopt the Beatle look. 3. He shared the Beatles' sense of humor. 4. He was more deferential to the others, whereas Pete Best was not. IMHO Had they known where their career was headed, they most certainly would have appreciated his "acting abilities". His roles in AHDN and Help were crucial to their film success. MP
