Their drummer, Jeremy Spencer, recorded a few songs with W.A.S.P. and is currently playing for Five Finger Death Punch as one of the founding members.
Slipknot
That's all based on your opinion. But System of a Down is great. The guy who answered this is obviously someone who never has listened to music before in his life. Everyone knows that 5FDP is one of the most successful and influential heavy metal bands in the world. With that being said, SOAD has had some great tracks, but Death Punch has had a longer string of success. Think about that while you knit yo self a sweater, beeyotch!
The best answer I have is to try out Disciple's "Scars Remain" album... Maybe try some Red, Write This Down, We As Human, This Fires Embrace, and other *UNDERGROUND* (emphasizing underground because most mainstream Christian music sounds the same as the next guy) Christian metal bands. Disciple went kind of mainstream though, but check them out anyway! Also, check out Project 86 and you might like Nine Lashes and Since October. Good luck with the search!
Playing n a ather bands
Clapton was a only 2 years a Yardbird member and he was a member of Cream for 3 years. Clapton was in lots of other bands but he didn't stay long in them... After these bands he started his solo carreer
Slipknot
Opeth is a good band to try.
No. The only bands that have songs with Five Finger Death Punch are Rob Halford (of Judas Priest), Maria Brink (of In This Moment), Jamey Jasta (of Hatebreed), Max Cavalera (of Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy, and Killer Be Killed), and Tech N9ne. These songs can be found on their The Wrong Side of Heaven and The Righteous Side of Hell, Vol. 1 album.
Thank you, disturbed is a good band. Similar bands are Slipknot, 5 Fingered Death Punch, anyone who played at Mayhem Fest 2008.
There are a lot of death metal bands. Starting back in the early eighties.

Death Metal has roots in Sweden. The excitement for Death Metal spread and by the late 1980's, many bands were created. Some of the most notable bands include Slayer, Kreator, Celtic Frost, and Venom.
Alexi Laiho was a member of Kylahullut, which was founded in 2004 and also included Tonmi Lillman and Vesa Jokinen. He has also been a member of the bands Children of Bodom, Sinergy, Impaled Nazarene, and Thy Serpent.
