His name is Tim Smith. He has been part of Sheryl's tour band since the Globe Sessions tour and still is, as far as I know. He plays bass, guitar, and does a lot of high harmonies for her. There's a little hint if you watch the performance on YouTube, listen carefully to the beginning and Eric says "kick it off Timmy". Her other tour guitarist for 12 years was Peter Stroud.
