The original group included members of two local Detroit vocal groups: The Distants, which featured second tenor/baritone Otis Williams, first tenor Elbridge "Al" Bryant and bass Melvin Franklin; and first tenor/falsetto Eddie Kendricks and second tenor/baritone Paul Williams (no relation to Otis) from The Primes. Among the most notable future Temptations were lead singers David Ruffin and Dennis Edwards (both of whom became successful Motown solo artists after leaving the group), Richard Street (another former Distant), Damon Harris, Ron Tyson, Ali-Ollie Woodson, Theo Peoples, and G.C. Cameron. Like its sister female group, The Supremes, The Temptations' lineup has changed frequently over the years

Eddie Kendricks passed away from cancer in 1992, while Otis Williams, the last surviving original member, continues to perform. Other members, like Melvin Franklin and Paul Williams, also succumbed to health issues, including heart disease and suicide, respectively.

What you do to have a good diet is to cut back on all the rubbih and fatty things you eat or you could just give them up once and for all. You eat your 5 a day it can be fruit or vegatives or a mixture of both. You should try and go out and have a bit of a run or walk or some type of exersize. The most important thing is to never give in ti any temtations because if you have even the slightest bit of the food you used t eat there are posabiltys that ou could get some major cravings and that will make it harder to resist.
An obvious answer to your question would be that the employer would be looking for a drug problem. But less obvious might be a little more information about a persons past expecially when a person is put on the spot they will get nervous or not show up for the interview or something of the nature. It also could be that people want to know if you have an addictive personality which would conflict with certain things like temtations or stress. Its really just being extra careful about who you decide to have working for you now days. Never can be too careful. http://getwhatyoudeserve.ws
Although I am not a professional I will give you some advice. This does NOT serve as a substitute for a pychologist, or a therapist. Please seek medical advice now if you are in dire need for help. The first thing about your addiction become aware of it. It is not you that is doing it. It is your mind. Your mind is performing habits that find them very addicting, therefore it is not you. Slowly start getting rid of the temtations. Don't expect to get away from it completly. Slowly take less doses each day just as a person smoking cigarettes would do to stop smoking. Above all figure out and help yourself and ask yourself why you got into the addiction. Was it becuase you wanted to look cool? Was it becuase you felt bad.
