I think that if writer want to write a book about Hannah Montana first he need to discuss with Miley Cyrus to get her premission and then he can write the book. Also he need to know all about Hannah Montana. When the book is ready somebody need to pay Miley Cyrus because she is in the book. Then he can sold the book.
