As he was highly prolific in his lifetime there is an unbelievable wealth of other official and bootleg recording released posthumously. At the time of his death he was working on a new album which he intended to call The New Rising Sun. What was completed during those sessions was released in various forms over the years before being officially collected together as The First Rays Of The New Rising Sun in 1997.
