There are many composers for different cello pieces.
Composers that wrote cello concertos are Brahms and Antonin Dvolaks. Both are great composers of there time. There music is a great contribution to the art.
He wrote piano music, solo (with piano accompaniment) pieces for violin and cello. He wrote pieces with orchestral accompaniment for piano, violin, and cello. He wrote chamber music for string quartet and for piano trio (piano, violin and cello). Most of his music is orchestral and operas.
If you know a really good music teacher, record the music and ask them if they can translate the music from the soundtrack into sheet music. If they are a good enough Cello player they can tell you what the notes are and write it down on a black piece of music bars. The time signature, sharps, and flats are going to be hard to identify. I personally love the music and want the sheet music for it.

Cello's in bass, Violin's in Treble.
The broadest answer is that most of them did. The cello is a standard part of the orchestra and of small chamber groups, along with the violin and viola, and very popular. It's very expressive and very verstatile. If the question means music giving the cello a prominent place, then among others, Antonìn Dvoràk and Sir Edward Elgar both wrote powerful cello concerti. Also look for cello concerti from Mozart, Haydn, and Vivaldi. And, if I remember rightly, from Tommaso Albinoni. Yo-yo Ma is a very famous cellist with a big collection of recordings.
