Hey. I sometimes I don't care either. Like right now. I typed in the same exact question and I didnt get any answers. Funny thing is I'm feeling better already. I guess our human nature requires us to be constantly on the move. Think about it. I feel so good after a workout. Really! But at the same time I'm tired from expending energy and the hard lifting and pushing or whatever it is. You'd think it might be harmful. I hate the thought of having to go workout. But after I feel so good! Why is that? We need to be constantly on the move. Get up and do something. I promise you will feel better...
