im a girl but im gonna say that it's cause guys genurally can write better lyrics and make a far better tune and beat then a girl can. every band i listen to is Rock/metal and all of them are guys around 20 or 22 and come up with the most awsome stuff. check out motionless in white Asking Alexandria escape the fate and get scared then listen to a evanecense tell yourself which lyrics are better its the guys cause girls aren't as good.
