Boys can fly.... they just only stay in the air for a moment or two and then start moving towards the ground at a high velocity...... they need to work on the landing! mainly boys fly because they're young and immature and they like to jump off the roofs of buildings!

Boys can fly once they get a student pilot certification. Age 14 for a glider or balloon.
