Yes and no you see-he never had a chilhood and when he built neverland he was kinda giving off that message-one time, he stated that the children that visited neverland reminded him of the lost boys. he sometimes told about how when he was a kid, he would cry when he went by a park because he never could play because he never had time becaue he was famous by the age of five,so, in a way, yes. then again-he never actually came straight out and said that-he actually said once that he would never give up up his fame for annything- Peter Pan gave up everything when he went to neverland. (family,friends,and other things that include life in general and growing up. so, in a ways-no. you see-there is no easy answer or explanation.
