Hmm...I don't know why it was banned...What does the log in say when you try to log in? My account is banned too, and whenever I try to log in it says "Member information is incorrect" or something like that, but the username and pass are right. This is super weird. I was banned for 3 hours, and I check and I still get the little message. Its kinda weird...But you should get un-banned, and so should I...at least sometime. Hope this helped! Please answer my question...So I am not the only one seeing the message! :)

Webkinz only last 1 year from the time you activate them, so you are kind of out of luck. The ONLY thing you can do is buy a new Webkinz.
