One song comes to mind - Little Country Church On The Edge Of Town - One of the verses is: They're talking 'bout revival and the need for love That little church has come alive Working with each other for the common good Putting all the past aside Long hair, short hair, some coats and ties People finally coming around Looking past the hair and straight into the eyes People finally coming around
You can say " i like your singing, but maybe you need a couple of lessons, then you will sound really good, You should check into it "I hope that helps

by telling the colonist people that the British people are coming and the need to be prepared.
Great question - one that I found asking myself today after hearing a message about revival. The message was indeed horrible because the text the preacher used had nothing to do with revival, but anyways should we seek for revival and is it biblical? It depends on how one defines this term. The word revival is not in the Bible but the term "revive" is used a few times. You could ask a few people what revival means and would look like and you could potentially get very different answers. If revival means that Christians communicate the love and grace of Jesus in their lives by sharing the gospel then yes - we need to be revived and join with Paul who said that I do all things for the gospel - because Christians don't do all things for the gospel. If revival means that Christians should be more moral - then I would say no - that is not a biblical idea. But I think most people associate revival with morality, and emotional meetings - and I don;t think that is biblical.
Britain taxed the colonist because the need the money for the troops. The troops help protect the colonist for the Indians. If there was no money to help the soldiers the colonist would die.
Since they did not have toothbrushes, there was no need for toothpaste.
Good for some people, not for you. Who need it just watch it, If u need it you wouldn't ask "am i need it", u should know it yourself.
Many had not accepted Christ as their personal savior.
The colonist thought that they did not deserve to be taxed since they won the war for the British, but the British thought differently. The British saw it as since they supplies and funded food and supplies for the soldiers that it was fair. But why did the British need to tax the colonist? Well after supplying good for the colonist they were in severe debt. They thought the best way to get out of debt was to tax the colonist on everything. From sugar, to even taxing them on important document. It later turned into the British taxing them on basically everything.

Jonathan Edwards argued that there was a need for people to go through a religious revival or awakening. The world had changed so much, and he felt that it was time to return to God.
