Hayley was being very selfish, irresponsible, and rude. Jeremy wasn't helping the situation and sided with Hayley because she has the record deal and they have been friends the longest. Taylor was torn between the two sides and obviously sided with Hayley for the better of his financial situation. They left mainly because their Christlike reputation was being misrepresented by Hayley's non Christlike lifestyle (lyrics,words etc). Josh and Zac agreed with each other and didn't want to cause a family split.
