Well, a fan is different from a directioner, first of all, this is my opinion, I say learn how to pronounce, spell their names, tell them apart, etc, than listen to their music, don't hate on one member and like the others, you can have a favourite, but don't hate on a certain member, welcome other directioners in the fanbase, and don't despise other directioners. :)

Directioners know all the inside jokes that they all have, including "No, Jimmy Protested!".Directionators are not exactly new fans, but 'fans' that mispell names (btw, zayn's actual name is zain, but he prefers to spell in Zayn.) Directionators dont know much about One Direction, but still go about saying the yare their number one fans. Directionators usually ruin things for Directioners, by buying tickets to concerts when they only know 'What Makes You Beautiful'. Directionators may also dislike one band member, or only like One Direction for their looks.
