People hate drama because they're afraid of having to confront something about themselves. It's easier to point the finger of blame (blame game) on someone else than accept responsibility for their own behavior. So they accuse other people of being drama-queens, or they adopt a "no drama zone" attitude which is exactly what drama is all about in the first place.
Simply put - if you don't like drama, just don't do it. Don't participate, and most importantly don't criticize it. It doesn't matter who you are, male/female, age/race, intelligent/stupid, whatever; the very second you acknowledge drama, you are participating in it.
