People scream and yell at most events, especially rock concerts and such because of adrenaline rush, moment of joy, but most importantly it is the only way to get any kind of attention and control over a situation these people find them selves in.
Control, adrenaline,attention, and unfortunately some drugs are main reasons of this syndrome occurring.
