Holden dislikes the Disciples but identifies with Jesus because he, like Jesus, wants to spread purity and keep innocence among people, but the real world and the people living in it (represented by the Disciples) let him down by their phoniness and inability to be pure in Holden's eyes. He is basically saying that he is annoyed by how his ideal world is never the real world.
