Usually the explanation to spots on your chest is touching your chest or wearing tight cloths that have dirt on them. A bit of sun help your skin so maybe your not getting enough ( I under stand if you live in the UK). How to get rid of them i don't know everyone has different ideas some people say to use toothpaste some people say try different cleansing creams and some say take medication ( Make sure you go to your doctor first).
