idk but my truck did the same thing and i took it back to the dealership and they fixed it in like 20 mins so have someone else look at it for you.
there are for screws that hold it on. Two on the ash tray. and two on the cup holders then there are two holding the radio in.
Remove the cup holder and ashtray assemblies, pull the dash face off (tilt the stearing wheel all the way down). Then remove the bolts that hold the radio in the dash, pull the radio out and unhook all the wires from the back.

use a flathead screwdrive or knife blade to pry the top corners out, not on the radio itself, but on the trim right next to it, pull it down and take the screws out.
