You don't enjoy music anymore, probably because your life has gotten more complicated and busy. Music is one of the first activities to go when you have little time. Plan specific times for you to listen to or play music, and stick to those times, even if they are only 10-15 minutes long, at first.

To keep stress under control, your mind needs time with music. I think you will find that you will return to liking music, again. (Maybe not the same style of music as before . . .)
