Why don't the Jonas brothers ever take time to get to know the fans?

They try very hard in order to connect and get to know all of their fans. It is hard though since they are international super stars to get to know their millions of fans on a personal basis. They try very hard with their meet and greets though. I think they can start getting to know their fans once they can go out in public without a bodyguard
