Why has the England commonwealth games national anthem changed?

England adopts God save the queen for their national anthem however this is not correct as thsi is the national anthem for the UK.
England officially has no nathional anthem and there is debate to what it should be.
Possibly Jerusalem or Land of hope and Glory but for the answer we have none and have adopted the anthem of the UK
