Christine McVie has retired from Fleetwood Mac precisely because she no longer wanted to tour.
Fleetwood Mac undertook a tour by the name of Unleashed in 2009 and played a private show in 2010.
As of my last update, Fleetwood Mac had not announced any upcoming tour dates or specific opening acts. However, in past tours, artists like Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie have joined as part of the lineup. It's best to check the band's official website or concert announcements for the most current information regarding opening acts for any future performances.
The support act for Fleetwood Mac's 2009 European tour was the band "The Pretenders." Led by Chrissie Hynde, The Pretenders performed alongside Fleetwood Mac during their concert series, adding to the overall lineup of the tour.
One can find Fleetwood Mac tickets on the Ticketmaster website. They have a number of tickets still available for tour dates throughout the months of June and July 2013.
They don't have any current plans to tour as they are doing individual careers.
