A couple of my parrots' beaks go warm too. I have noticed that it happens when they are relaxed and thoroughly enjoying whatever is happening at the moment for them. For instance, my conures beak will get warm when he is getting head rubs. Also, my hawkheads beak gets incredibly warm when she snuggles with me before bed time. She loves to lay down, snuggle into my neck and get her head scratched. She grinds her beak and it gets very warm. I know she is happy when it happens.
Watch your bird and see if it happens when he/she is enjoying whatever is happening at the moment and then pat yourself on the back for making your parrot extremely relaxed and happy.
