The lyrics in the song, "when I comedown on you" are referring to a drug comedown. a comedown is the feeling of being ill once a drug is beginning to wear off. Drugs with a guarenteed comedown would be ecstacy, meth cocaine etc.. I dont see why block it out of the song but I guess cause when most people think of a comedown, they automatically think of a hard drug or something.
