Yes, if the gauges are similarly matched to a set of standard guitar strings made for that particular guitar. Violin strings are flatwound, so the tone would be more muted, nice for an archtop jazz guitar. Normal modern guitar strings are roundwound, making the tone brighter and more zingy.

well when your finger is on one of the strings, you move it back and forth extremely quickly and you will get a nice vibrato sound, if you move it slow it wont sound as nice

First you get four strings of s'getti strings then fold 2 strings and then you take the third string and put it under one of the strings and do the same as the other one and then pull all four strings and that's how start s'getti strings.
