It is hard at the moment for 'anybody' to get jobs, as cuts are rising.
This means that more and more people are losing their jobs and it is hard for them to get back on track to find a new job.
Even if people do have amazing grades, they could still find it hard to get a job as any person would. It also depends on their record, and if they like a job but they dont need any employers.
